How it started.
Oklahoma Maintenance and Renovations is a locally grown and veteran owned company. We are made up of a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Our goal is to provide the community with an option for preventive maintenance on homes or businesses and reduce the need for expensive home repairs.
We also provide our customers with a network of trusted contractors to complete any major repair or renovation. We strive to provide our customers with excellent customer service and home health reports.
Just like our bodies our homes also can benefit from preventive health or maintenance.
Meet Our Team
OWNER, PROJECT MANAGER
With over 15 years of experience in construction under his belt, Shane has developed a large skill set in all things project management and construction sales. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he began to pursue his career where he excelled working hands-on with others in the construction field and customers. In his free time, Shane likes being active and spending time with his family and friends.
Shane Oliver
OWNER, PROJECT MANAGER
Over 20 years experience in the medical industry including cardiology, neurological, home health and hospice services. Full knowledge of ADA requirements for home modification needs for each individual patient / customer.
Pat Oliver
OWNER, PROJECT MANAGER
Over 12 years of military service as both a civil engineering apprentice in the Air Force and a combat medic/ cardiovascular technologist in the Army. I have continued to develop my skills in both areas since the military through multiple years of home renovations and working in the medical industry.
